Poppy Seed Honey Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a single-serve blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve over Brussels Sprouts & Berries Salad.

Makes: 1 Cup

Test Kitchen Tip: To make Raspberry Poppy Seed Vinaigrette, substitute seedless raspberry preserves for the honey and raspberry wine vinegar for the white vinegar.
