White Express Bread For 2 lb Breadmaker

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoons butter or vegetable oil
  • 2 Tablespoons nonfat dry milk
  • 4 1/4 cups bread flour
  • 1 Tablespoon instant yeast

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in the breadmaker pan in order listed.
  2. Choose Cycle 7 for Express Bread, 2 pound loaf for size of bread and dark for crust color. Press Start. When done, remove bread from breadmaker and carefully remove kneading paddle from bottom of loaf.
  3. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing with a bread knife.
