Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In large mixing bowl, beat cream in mixing bowl starting with LOW speed and increasing to HIGH speed for 1 minute..
  2. Add sugar and vanilla. Continue to blend until soft peaks form.

Serves: 16-20

Test Kitchen Tips:

  • You easily can use a Food Processor instead of a Stand Mixer to create fresh and delicious whipped cream. Just pour cold whipping cream into the food processor, add sugar and flavorings like vanilla and process it until soft peaks form.
  • Whichever method you use to make whipped cream, watch it closely— it can easily be overbeaten.
