Wasabi Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wasabi peas
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 24 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine peas. sesame seeds, ginger and salt.
  2. Place popcorn in a large bowl; drizzle with butter.
  3. Add pea mixture; toss until evenly coated.

Serves: 10-12

Test Kitchen Tip:  If using popcorn maker with tumbler, divide popcorn into 2 batches. Sprinkle half of pea mixture over popcorn in tumbler first. Then drizzle with half of butter. Tumble until evenly coated. Repeat for second batch.
