Sweet or Savoury Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• 6 medium sweet potatoes, scrubbed
• Cinnamon Butter
• Salted Garlic Herb Butter

Directions

1. Heat oven to 450ºF. Line a 15x10-inch baking pan with foil.
2. Prick each sweet potato several times with a fork and place on baking pan.
3. Bake 45 to 1 hour or until fork tender. Serve with Cinnamon Butter or Salted Garlic Herb Butter.
