Sweet and Savory Curried Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 cup toasted coconut
  • 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 24 cups popped popcorn
  • 1/4 butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine coconut, almonds and raisins.
  2. Place popcorn in a large bowl, drizzle with butter.
  3. Sprinkle coconut mixture, salt and curry powder over popcorn; toss until evenly coated.

Serves: 10-12

Test Kitchen Tip:  If using popcorn maker with tumbler, divide popcorn into 2 batches. Sprinkle half of coconut mixture, salt and curry powder over popcorn in tumbler first. Then drizzle with half of butter. Tumble until evenly coated. Repeat for second batch.
