Spinach Kale Green Juice

Ingredients

• 4 medium kale leaves
• 2 medium carrots, trimmed
• 1/2 lemon, peeled
• 1-inch piece fresh ginger
• 1 cup baby spinach leaves
• 1 medium Granny Smith apple

Directions

1. Cut carrots, apple and lemon as needed to fit through the chute of the juice extractor.
2. Juice the ingredients in the order listed.
3. Stir and serve immediately.
