Slow Cooker Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (14 oz. each) artichoke hearts in water, drained and chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In cast iron crock, stir artichoke hearts, onion, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and cook on MEDIUM for 2 to 3 hours.

Serves: 8-10
