Pomegranate Raspberry Lime Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 pomegranates
  • 2 medium limes
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Juice pomegranates and limes.
  2. Place juices, raspberries, water and sugar in a blender. Blend until thoroughly combined and sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart ice cream maker and churn until frozen. If firmer sorbet is desired, pour into a container and place in freezer until firm.

Serves: 6
