No Bake Dragon Fruit Jam Tarts

Ingredients

For the Tart Crust

  • 10 dates, seedless

  • 7 digestive biscuits

  • 2 tablespoon melted butter

For the filling

4-5 tablespoon dragon fruit jam

Topping

  • sliced strawberries

Directions

For the Tart Crust

  1. Take dates and digestive biscuits in a mixer/grinder and grind till you get a smooth mixture.
  2. Now take the mixture in a bowl and gradually add 2 tablespoons of melted butter and mix well until the mixture resembles a dough.
  3. Line tart molds with parchment paper. Divide crust between the molds and press firmly using your hands to form a uniform crust. Press it more in the center with your thumb to make space for our filling.
  4. Put in the freezer section of the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.

Assembling

  1. Take out the prepared tarts from the refrigerator.
  2. Put about a spoonful of dragon fruit jam on it.
  3. Garnish with sliced strawberry.
  4. Serve chilled.
