Heart Shaped Pizza

1. Pizza Crust for Breadmaker
2. Heat oven to 475°F. If using a pizza stone, place in oven to preheat.
3. Dust cutting board with flour. Roll dough into a 14-inch diameter circle.
4. Cut into heart shapes with a 7-inch cookie cutter. Place dough in pizza pan or sprinkle a pizza peel with cornmeal and slide dough on peel.
5. Spread sauce thinly over each heart, leaving ½-inch around the edge. Sprinkle with cheese and arrange pepperoni over pizzas.
6. Place pizza pan in oven or slide pizza onto pizza stone.
7. Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted and starting to brown.

Test Kitchen Tip: If you don’t have a 7-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out a 7-inch circle and form into a heart.
