Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 container (5.3 ounces) Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Toppings: blueberries, raspberries, granola, chia seeds, toasted coconut and chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Place almond milk, yogurt, blueberries and chia seeds in blender jar in order listed.
  2. Cover and PULSE until blended.
  3. Pour into a serving bowl.
  4. Top with blueberries, raspberries, granola, chia seeds, toasted coconut and chopped nuts.

Serves: 1
