Air Fryer Rib Eye Steak with Gorgonzola Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 rib-eye steaks, about 12 ounces each, 1 inch thick
  • 2 teaspoons steak seasoning blend
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter

Directions

  1. Sprinkle steaks with seasoning blend.
  2. In air fryer basket, arrange steaks in an even layer. Set air fryer temperature on 400°F.
  3. Stopping halfway through cooking time to turn steaks, cook 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and internal temperature reaches 145°F when tested with a meat thermometer.
  4. In a small bowl, combine gorgonzola cheese and butter. Place a scoop on each steak. Return to air fryer and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until gorgonzola butter is melted.
