Turmeric Latte with Maple Spice

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces brewed coffee
  • 1 ½ cups half and half
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Using a coffee maker, brew 8 ounces of strong black coffee

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together half and half, maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger.

  3. Using a milk frother, froth the golden milk mixture. If you do not have a milk frother, heat the golden milk in the microwave-safe jar for one minute. Shake the jar to "foam" the milk.

  4. Pour the golden milk on top of your coffee and enjoy. 

Makes: 1 cup

Test Kitchen Tip: Instead of plain maple syrup, use Turmeric Maple Spice Syrup for an extra flavorful cup.
