Ingredients

Recommended Hamilton Beach® Products:  Juice Extractors and Hand Mixers

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, lemon juice and zest on MEDIUM speed until creamy.
  2. Gradually beat in powdered sugar on LOW speed until well-blended.

TEST KITCHEN TIP:  Lemonade Frosting is the perfect topping for Lemonade Cupcakes.
