Eggnog Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 cup dark roast ground coffee
  • 1 quart half and half
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • ¾ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Using a carafe coffee maker, add water to carafe water reservoir. Place paper filter in carafe brew basket and add coffee grounds. Brew coffee on BOLD setting.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together strong brewed coffee, half and half, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk and nutmeg.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve cold.

Test Kitchen Tip: To make a cold latte, brew coffee the day before and cool completely. Cover and store overnight in refrigerator.
