Buffalo Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons hot wing sauce
  • 24 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 tablespoons powdered ranch dressing

Directions

  1. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add butter. Microwave on HIGH power until melted. Stir in sauce.
  2. Place popcorn in a large bowl; drizzle butter mixture over popcorn.
  3. Sprinkle popcorn with ranch dressing; toss until evenly coated.

Serves: 10-12

Test Kitchen Tip:  If using popcorn maker with tumbler, divide popcorn into 2 batches. Sprinkle half of ranch dressing mix over popcorn in tumbler first. Then drizzle with half of butter mixture. Tumble until evenly coated. Repeat for second batch.
